You have a great asset in Laura Neumann - she was terrific to work with in selling our home. Most of the process was done by phone and email, as we were already out of state, but Laura made the process smooth and assisted in all of the little detail items with which we needed help; for example, she communicated with an auction company to collect and sell our leftover furniture, visited the home multiple times near the end of the closing to ensure everything was on track, communicated key information to the buyer, and kept everything on track. I'd use her and Shorewest again, absolutely.

We enjoy working with Craig and Laura. We had a not so good experience many years ago, and when it came time that we were selling again, my sister in law told us about Craig. What a difference it was. So again, we were selling a rental, we went with Craig again. Craig and Laura did not disappoint. They were available to us and patient with the many questions we had. We felt confident with Craig's advice, when we had to make a decision about multi/different offers.

Craig has been the only realtor we have known. We bought our first house with him 13 years ago and when we decided to make the move we knew right away he was the guy to help us find a new home and sell ours. This time my wife and I were pickier about the home we were going to select. Craig was unbelievably patient with us as we looked at many houses and some houses twice. It took a while but we found the house that we wanted. I think the best thing about Craig is that he is honest and straightforward. As we looked at houses he pointed out things that we did not see or overlooked. He would tell us if the house was overpriced for the area or if it was a good value based on his experience. A person just looking for a commission would have looked passed those items but Craig is not that type of realtor. Craig was also up front with us about how quickly the market was moving and that if we found something we better move quickly. This was very true, a few houses we looked at sold in a day.
